AquaTru
AquaTru sells contaminant-removal, not plastic-avoidance - reverse osmosis inherently needs plastic housings, filter shells, and (on the Classic) a BPA-free plastic collection tank. Where they matter for this site is the Carafe model, which collects purified water in a borosilicate glass carafe instead of a plastic tank, cutting the dwell-in-plastic problem that affects most RO systems. The filter sets remain BPA-free Tritan plastic either way.
How clear are their specs?
Publishes contaminant test data and states BPA-free construction and the glass carafe, but does not give a full material breakdown of the internal RO housing and tubing.
