Bamix
Bamix designs plastic out of the wet path entirely: the shaft, head, and blades are all stainless steel, so nothing that touches food is plastic. The only plastic is the sealed PA6 nylon motor housing you hold, which never enters the food. It's a genuinely all-steel food-contact design, with plastic confined to the part where it belongs - the motor body.
