Fritaire
Built to solve exactly the problem that makes most air fryers a plastic-free dead end: the coated basket. Fritaire's whole reason to exist is a tempered-glass cooking bowl with 304 stainless accessories and no nonstick anywhere in the food path, which is a real outlier in a PTFE-dominated category. Plastic almost certainly remains in the housing, controls, and exterior, as with any electric appliance, but it's kept out of where the hot food actually sits - and that's the part that matters here.
