Gaggia

Specs partially disclosed Made in Italy gaggia-na.com ↗

Gaggia doesn't market on plastic, but the Classic's heated brew path is favorable: on the current Classic Pro / Evo (E24) the boiler is lead-free brass, the group head is brass, and the portafilter is stainless, so brew water flows through metal. The plastic is the cold-water reservoir and fill cap, which see cold water only. Some internal fittings/solenoid parts may be polymer but aren't detailed by the brand.

How clear are their specs?

Gaggia specs the brass boiler and group on the Classic Pro but doesn't fully itemize internal fittings; the plastic reservoir is visible and documented.
