La Pavoni
La Pavoni's lever machines are old-school metal: on the Europiccola the boiler and brewing group are chrome-plated brass, so brew water contacts only chromed brass on its way through the piston group into a metal filter holder. The only plastic is the Bakelite lever knob and base feet, which never touch water.
