ZWILLING leans on the double-wall build for the cool-touch feature, which means a plastic outer shell wrapping the steel.

Names the 18/10 inner capsule and steel limescale filter and admits the filter is fixed with plastic pieces, but the base sensor seal material is undocumented and the plastic content is framed as "BPA-free."
