The Humble Co.

Plastic-free focus Specs partially disclosed Made in China thehumble.co ↗

Humble is a genuinely mixed case, and its products land on different sides of our line depending on the part that matters. Its bamboo cotton swabs are a real plastic-free win - a bamboo stick and a cotton tip. But its flagship bamboo toothbrush, marketed as biodegradable and compostable, has nylon bristles (described as roughly 65% castor/plant-based), and a "65% plant-based" nylon is still 100% nylon in your mouth. So we recommend the swabs and document the toothbrush as a cautionary example - the bamboo handle composts, the bristles don't.

How clear are their specs?

Names the bamboo handle and calls the bristles "plant-based nylon" with a biobased percentage, but leans on "biodegradable/compostable" language that obscures that the nylon bristles are neither.
