The interior wall is SUS304 double-wall steel and the limescale filter is 100% steel, but two things keep it out of the recommended tier: a food-grade silicone disc seals the temperature sensor at the base and is submerged in the water (the same disqualifier as the Fellow Stagg's probe seal), and the inner lid is PP plastic that Aarke says contacts the steam/vapor. So both silicone and plastic sit in the water/steam path, on a kettle that reads as solid steel.
