The verdict: No-contact plastic
Cosori builds this gooseneck so the water only touches steel: a 304 stainless interior, a 100% stainless inner lid and bottom, and a 304 stainless gooseneck spout - Cosori's phrasing is "your water never touches plastic." That makes it a notch cleaner than the Fellow Stagg, whose silicone lid gasket and submerged probe sleeve keep it at silicone-only. The handle and power base are plastic but sit outside the water path. The one part we can't fully pin down is the base temperature-sensor seal, conventionally a silicone gasket; the evidence points to it sitting below the sealed base plate rather than in the water, so we rate it no-contact-plastic, with the note that it would be silicone-only (still peer to the Fellow) if a teardown ever shows that seal touching water.

The CO108-NK is a 0.8 L, 1200 W electric gooseneck kettle with five temperature presets (170-212 degrees F) and the thin gooseneck spout pour-over needs. A Bluetooth "smart" sibling is sold as the CS108-NK; the water path is the same. At around $70 it undercuts the Fellow Stagg while giving up little on pour control.
